Exterior
A shell is a tiny house that is built to at least the weather tight stage.
​
Weather tight includes trailer, floor, walls, roof, metal roofing, windows, doors and building wrap. The building can be stored outside in the elements for a short while and not be impacted by the weather.
interior
The interior is up to you. We can leave it unfinished or complete some or all of the interior framing.
Tiny House Shells
If you are interested in building your own tiny house, but are don't want to start from scratch, you might want to consider a shell. We can built as much or as little as you like and leave the rest to you.
