Kiwi Tiny Houses
FAQ
WHAT IS THE BUILD TIME FOR A TINY HOME?
Depends entirely on the model or if you want just a shell. The McKinley takes about 6 months and a shell can be finished in approximately 3 months.
ARE YOUR TINY HOMES ROAD LEGAL?
Yes. They do however need a wide load permit and wide load signs due to the width of the tiny, but these are fast, cheap and easy to get.
CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE ONE?
We love to show our Tiny Homes. Call us at 360-406-1702 to schedule a time or click on our Contact page to find out how else you can get in touch.
WHAT DO I NEED TO TOW A TINY?
You will need a 1 ton pickup to move the smaller homes but we recommend hiring a towing company. Evergreen Towing in Sequim has done an outstanding job for our clients in the past.
CAN I GET INSURANCE ON A TINY?
Our Tiny Homes are NOAH Certified and some insurance companies offer Insurance for Tiny Homes that are NOAH Certified. We are happy to discuss possibilities with you.
CAN I GET FINANCING FOR A TINY HOME?
Financing is available through most local banks, but keep in mind that Tiny Homes fall under RV Loans. Sometimes you need to educate your lender to this fact. Let them know that our homes are NOAH Certified. Feel free to call us before looking for financing.
